To ensure the security and structure of your investment, we establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). This includes preparing all legal documentation, securing a lien against the property, and drafting loan agreements. Your investment is safeguarded every step of the way.

Step 3: Crafting a Long-Term Agreement

We believe in transparency and adaptability. Our partnership is anchored by a five-year contract, with a detailed review at the three-year mark. This ensures that the agreement remains aligned with both parties' evolving goals and needs.

Step 4: Sharing Costs, Sharing Success

All costs related to the SPV, including operational expenses, are split equally (50/50). As the investor, you cover the property purchase costs and taxes, while we contribute our expertise and hands-on efforts—our “sweat equity.” Together, we create value and share in the rewards
